By using Willo's services ("Service"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
Willo ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered booking assistant service that captures missed calls and converts them into organized booking requests via SMS text messaging.
2. Service Description
2.1 Core Service
  • Willo responds to your missed calls via SMS text messaging
  • Our AI assistant collects booking information (name, service, preferred time, phone number)
  • Booking requests are delivered to your calendar system
  • Service operates 24/7 unless paused by Client
2.2 Pricing
  • Basic Tier: $0/month + $5 per completed booking
  • Premium Tier: $49/month + $5 per completed booking
  • A "booking" is defined as a customer interaction where we successfully collect: name, phone number, service requested, preferred date/time, and new/existing client status
2.3 What We Don't Charge For
  • Spam or wrong numbers
  • Hang-ups under 10 seconds
  • FAQ-only inquiries with no booking intent
  • Vendor/solicitation calls
  • Duplicate contacts within 72 hours
  • Calls without callback numbers
3. SMS Messaging Terms
3.1 Consent By providing your phone number and using Willo, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Willo on behalf of your business to your clients who call your business line.
3.2 Client Communication
  • When your clients call and you miss the call, Willo will send them SMS messages to collect booking information
  • Your clients can opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
  • Message frequency varies based on call volume
  • Standard message and data rates may apply for your clients
3.3 Your Responsibilities
  • You must only use Willo with clients who have called your business number
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of Willo complies with all applicable laws
  • You must not use Willo for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
4. Account Requirements
4.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
4.2 Account Information You must provide accurate information including:
  • Your business services and pricing
  • Your availability and working hours
  • Your phone number
  • Your calendar system credentials
4.3 Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Billing
  • You will be billed monthly for completed bookings
  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
  • We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers
5.2 Refunds We offer a 10× ROI guarantee: If your month's bookings aren't worth at least 10× what you paid us, we'll refund the difference.
5.3 Late Payment Accounts with payment overdue by 30 days may be suspended until payment is received.
6. Service Modifications and Cancellation
6.1 Modifications We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice.
6.2 Your Cancellation Rights
  • No contracts or commitments
  • Cancel anytime by texting or emailing us
  • No cancellation fees or penalties
  • Service stops immediately upon cancellation
6.3 Our Termination Rights We may terminate your account if you:
  • Violate these Terms
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Fail to pay for services rendered
  • Engage in abusive behavior toward our staff

9. Warranties and Disclaimers
9.1 Service Availability
  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We are not liable for service interruptions due to carrier issues, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
9.2 AI Performance
  • Our AI assistant is designed to accurately collect booking information
  • We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all conversations
  • You should review all bookings before confirming with clients
9.3 DISCLAIMER THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or client relationships
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
